Please join us once again in Baraboo, WI at the Park Plaza Hotel (same place, new name). This year’s feast will be focused toward the family and the rich meanings of the Fall Festivals. We will be celebrating in daily services with:

Vocal and Visual presentations followed by discussion
Lessons, Songs, and Activities for young children
Studies and Activities for teens and young adults
Afternoon and Evening Bible Studies and Seminars
Ice Cream Social, Fun Show, Group Hike... and more!

Buffet meals:

We will have daily buffets before or after services. This is an excellent time to fellowship with family and friends over a delicious, mouth-watering meal. This buffet is served in the same hall where services and activities are being held. No need to jump in your car and drive across town to meet family and friends at a crowded, smoke-filled restaurant. And, unlike restaurants, you can stay to fellowship or fervently discuss scripture, as long as you like. 
The suggested prices are: 

Lunch- $9.00
Dinner- $11.50

We can accommodate 75 people or more, so that’s 75 people to fellowship with!!!!

Accommodations:                                          

Best Western (across the street): 
We have negotiated outside housing for those who feel the Park Plaza rates may be too expensive. The Best Western Hotel has an indoor pool, exercise room, on-site restaurant, and free daily continental breakfast included in the price. This hotel has 4 sets of adjoining rooms. All rooms have microwaves and refrigerators upon request. 
These rates are based on staying the entire Feast. (minimum 5 nights)
Double Queen Rooms: $45/night
King with sleeper sofa: $45/night
Whirlpool Rooms: $59/night
If you are attending for just the weekends (first and last Holy days) standard rates apply: 
$79 for the king or double queen
$90 for the whirlpool

Reservation Deadline:  September 8, 2003

Park Plaza Hotel: 
The remodeling is done! The restaurant is open! This truly is an elegant and beautiful facility. We have worked hard to negotiate a substantial discount from their new regular rates. These prices are somewhat higher than last year, but can be considered a good deal, in view of the elegance of the remodeled facility. The rates are:
Double queen rooms: $50 weekday and $74 weekend
King rooms: $84/night
Jacuzzi suite: $94/night
Presidential/family suite: $104/night

Shuttle Services:

We will be providing a shuttle service between the Best Western and the Park Plaza before and after services each day.

On Line Reservations:

We will once again be able to take your registration online and, new this year, you can PAY on line by credit card or echeck through PayPal. We are in the process of enrolling with PayPal, an internet payment service. This service should be up and running soon.  Please note that if you do pay with PayPal, our account will be charged $.30 and 2.9% of the total.  While you are under no obligation to do so, an extra offering to offset this expense would be greatly appreciated.  
Yes, you can still pay by check as in the past!  Information will be emailed to you when you make your reservations.

On Line Survey:

Would you like to get involved with the planning of activities, seminars, Bible studies for the kids, teens, adults, and families??? Or be part of the music, whether it be singing, playing, or directing??? There are many opportunities open, especially in the music department!!!! 
If you are going to make your reservations through this website, please fill out the survey that is on the reservation form.  Both surveys ask the same questions and will offer you many opportunities to serve and get involved.
